What is Theacrine?
Theacrine is an alkaloid structurally similar to caffeine, and is produced from caffeine in some plants. It is known to occur in high levels in the plant used for Kucha tea, since the plant can produce theacrine but theacrine itself is not further metabolized, resulting in theacrine accumulation. Most purine molecules structured similarly to caffeine have a solubilizing ability, and theacrine appears to be better than caffeine at doing so. As a caffeine alternative, theacrine is a good replacement for DMAA and AMP citrate since AMP citrate(4-amino-2-methylpentane citrate) and 1,3-DMBA (1,3-Dimethylbutylamine HCL) are found to be synthetic and are to be banned by the FDA. Theacrine is deemed to be a game changer in the sports nutrition market in the next decade.
How it works?
1) Similar to the role on adenosine signalling, theacrine may influence dopaminergic signalling in the same manner caffeine does through adenosine signaling.
2) Oral administration of theacrine in mice cause possible pain reduction in preliminary tests, with a potency comparable or lesser than indomethacin.
3) It can be stress reducing properties with low doses of theacrine.
4) It can be able to have sedating properties. Theacrine appears to have a low potency direct antioxidative property when tested in vitro.
Application:
1. Pharmaceutical raw materials
2. Health and bodybuilding supplements
3. It can transfer the fat cells release and also with a valid effect of reducing weight.
4.It has the effect of anti - inflammatory and analgesic
Dosages and Suggestion.
Recommended maximum dose is 40mg per day.
